The Mom, I See War Museum is property of a California nonprofit, Mom I See Foundation (the “Company”, “we”, or “us”), which has a pending application as a tax-exempt charitable organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, having retroactive effect to the date of incorporation upon recognition. In the interim, the foundation and its museum are under the fiscal sponsorship umbrella of the registered tax-exempt charitable organization Institute for Education, Research, and Scholarships. You, as donor, explicitly releases the Company from any restrictions on how donated funds are spent, and the Company hereby reserves all rights to use all donated funds to support its mission. This may involve applying donations to areas of greatest need within the organization.
